Through our international company, Highland Worldwide, we have built a global network of privately held, mid-size consulting firms that are very well established in their home markets. We are careful to work only with member firms that share our cultural commitment to solutions-based consulting as an on-the-ground resource for clients in the markets they serve. We select only one member from each geography to expand our international reach and our service offerings.
This approach allows us to better serve our clients who want more effective global solutions. We can immediately bridge the language and cultural barriers that often impede the success of larger firms' "satellite" expansions.
